1. Does the doll height same as the description?

About the height, our doll leg is curved, we measure the doll leg as it is in straight state, that is the length from the thigh to the knee plus the length from knee to tiptoes: so there exists 2-3 cm deviation due to different measuring ways.

2. Does the doll color same as the description?

About the color difference, difference in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.

3. How about the delivery?

All products will be sent out within 7 days after the payment. Our Price does not include taxes, or other hidden charges, we are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

4. Can I put the doll in water?

Please note that the cotton-stuffed-body dolls(3/4 silicon dolls) CANNOT bath or get in touch with water. Full silicon dolls can be washed in cool water.
